Hardcore Cup

The Hardcore Cup will be played using the No Rules mode on FIFA, and will be completely separate from the league.
There will be no injuries drawn for cup matches.
Yellow cards or Red Cards incurred in cup matches will not count towards suspensions, nor can suspensions be served in cup matches.
There will be a tactics bonus for the first round of matches only. For the subsequent rounds that run alongside league games, there will be no additional tactics bonus (i.e. tactics bonus for that week will be based on league game only)
1st Round Draw
Exeter 3-2 Macclesfield (after a golden goal)
Grimsby 2-0 Cambridge
Newport 0-3 Carlisle
Colchester 2-0 Lincoln
Crawley 1-2 Bury (after a golden goal)
MK Dons 5-4 Morecambe
Mansfield 2-3 Cheltenham (after a golden goal)
Crewe 2-5 Forest Green
2nd Round Draw
MK Dons 0-1 Bury
Forest Green 3-1 Cheltenham
Carlisle 2-1 Exeter
Colchester 2-3 Grimsby
Semi Finals
Forest Green 4-2 Carlisle
Bury 2-0 Grimsby
Final
Forest Green 3-4 Bury

How can anyone be carded in a "No Rules" match?

Tin Pot cup for me, same as the IRL League Cup. Time to play all those players I've yet to give a start to

I will be playing only players I would not use in my own league team given a choice. This will include giving Barry Corr a chance in goal. I’ve finally given up on the bias against my team and our chances and will forfeit the cup

I will be cranking up the injury frequency/severity ratings in the hardcore cup btw so expect to see a few players taken off on a stretcher.
