Having seen the Salford highlights, they need this and likely more, some terrible defence. I feel for them, it appears they are weaker than the side that won the Championship, improvements asap or it might be a long summer.

It's a wierd signing, he's a talented player, but not what Featherstone needed, and like you say. There back line is already fantastic.

Have bought in Tyler Dupree from Widnes in a very similar deal as the one above.

Dane Chisholm has signed for Keightley having been released by Featherstone. Quite a coup for the Cougars, Dane will create chaos in League One.

Looks like Fev are bringing Josh Bowden (Hull FC) in. I have said this previously but frankly it is ridiculous, Brandon Pickersgill played for Leeds reserves last week!!!??!!!

One (of several) things I don't like about Football is the lopsided nature with no effective salary cap allowing teams to stockpile players. The Championship or at least Fev and Leigh is going the same way. Just to add this is not jealously, good luck to them but it is reducing my enjoyment of the comp.

I know the 10's is the route alot of people want to go. But personally I think its the wrong route, 14 is the best way if your not going to do an international calander worthy of being called that. If you are 13. Especially this season with Featherstone and Leigh being so far above the rest of the Championship, and it stops Toulouse being relegated.

Fair play to the clubs mentioned, if they're not breaking any rules and that's how they want to go for it fine.

It would in mine as well, but there could be a caveat in this if in the Unlikely event of Wakey getting relegated as i can't see Tony Smith wanting to coach at Championship level after what he's achieved as a coach and his age, but my money would be Wakey still being in Super League next season
