This might be controversial but in 2019 I find it hard to understand why anyone has a problem with other people's sexuality. Some of us have blond hair, some dark hair (some of us are losing their hair), that's life get on with it.

Having said that I work in the public sector and there is an agenda of pushing the "cause" and I can't see what it has to do with work? Personally I don't discuss my relationship status whilst at work.
