To be honest I am not surprised. I feel for Leigh the promotion always looked to be a poisoned chalice IMO, perhaps they can prove me wrong.

I doubt it. They shouldn't have accepeted the offer to play in Super League at short notice as it didn't give them enough time to assemble a strong enough squad
