Brilliant show JJ, was it me or was it quite a bit longer? As you get more and more into it, is it easier to write?

Afternoon all. Hope everyone is well. Just working on a couple of promos now, the Cody Walker one will probably be up first for anyone involved in that match.

Twist, to answer your question from yesterday - I think the last show was actually shorter than most but it was very segment/event heavy that made it seem longer? There was a lot going on and a lot that needed packing in so whilst there were only 4 matches I think it felt like it was longer.

As for getting easier? I don't really know. That isn't a cop out. In my head I have an idea of where I want storylines to go and how to develop them but a lot of the segments are very much stream of consciousness. I don't have a set plan, I just sit down and start writing and see where we end up.

The weekly shows with the shortened matches are easier to write because they are condensed but I'm starting to realise with roster size and so many storylines that there are a lot of segments needed in order to tell the story properly.

As for the PPVs (PLEs) they are always going to be tougher. Obviously we go a lot heavier and in depth with the matches but I also like to expand some of the segments too because it's a big one. The weekly shows currently are (15,000 - 20,000 words max) but I'm anticipating 50-60k words for Against the Wall.

I'll be honest, I've not found that the condensed shows have taken away anything from the shows as you still get what is going on and when you're busy it means you don't feel you need to skim the shows. I don't even think if the PPV's were more condensed I'd mind too much but it also does make them feel grander.

Cheers, Marky, I thought it was time Cody introduced himself. Always love a Max interruption too, he's a fantastic foil to have around for so many different characters. The 6CWF Panel will be returning for the PPV.

Appreciate that, Liam, and the condensed shows certainly help me from a "burn out" perspective and allows me to put more into the big shows like Against the Wall without infringing upon my family life.
