If a bidding war happens for one particular player the bids will move over to the next day.

If nobody bids for a player that somebody else has already bidded for, there bid will be excepted in 3 hours.

As it's the start you can have two bids at a time.

Can you clarify foreign transfer rules somewhere please? would be good to mirror the ERL rules, would make sense, like those ones, gives you a chance if you miss something.
