Fernando, you have an unlimited amount of foreign transfers. At the moment we have limits, Man Utd can only sign 1 per day for example. Tomorrow they can sign however many they want within their budget constraints.

Oh no question is it true, it frustrates me how highly players such as Hazard, Pastore etc are rated when really they haven't proven anything steam
