Word of advice mate, try to keep hold of Benzema for as long as possible. He's without doubt your prized asset so if you're going to sell him, make sure you can elsewhere.

Not too keen on losing Clichy for Santon. I like Santon but feel Clichy holds higher ratings on here. I could do a deal involving Chamakh and Motta though. A lot depends on how you rate the two players in respect of each other, despite their playing different positions.
