Nope, I saw that too Shot - I actually remember thinking 'Is that all? It would have been better with his evil grin'. I can easily see him as a heel chairman.

Why would any chairman of any company publicly be a bad guy? I've never got the logic in that, why would you try to antagonise their customers

It's the Man thing, the big boss, the fact that the wrestler is fighting against insurmountable odds, that whatever they do the Man is always grinding them down but somehow, through perserverance, grit and determination they keep going, the keep fighting and they thwart the big evil boss.
The blue collar worker recognises this plight, he emphasises with it and he buys into the story.
