They just showed it on Sky Sports, looked really weird, he was holding his head like he had a migraine or something then just slumped down his chair and under the table. Didnt look good at all....

Did he really faint? Looked to me like he was in severe pain and slipped under there. He looked in control and not actually passing out, but striken seriously.

Seriously, it was obviously very painful but it would have looked less scary if he had screamed or shouted.

Now that I know it was just cramp it's actually quite comical. Not even a squeak, he just put his hand on his head and slid to the floor.

Cramps usually come with stress. And as he said once he "fears Nalby's BH", we know where those cramps came from.

After looking at the video on youtube, almost looks as if Nadal's heart got ripped out, rather than a shooting pain of cramp

Another piece of Nadal play acting. He always moans about his toes, knees, shoulders, eyes, head, stomoach, ears. He's just on the wind up as always.

Never seen cramp do that to someone, at the very least it could be that he had kidney stones or something with the stomach, but it seems like his heartbeat was going funny....

There is a serious side to this. With all the cramping (Baltacha's opponent one extreme example) and retirements for various reasons it seems this will go down as the "Unhealthiest" open ever.

I can't believe filming wasn't stopped immediately, the area cleared and medical assistance called for.....nobody even went up to reassure him.

Having watched the video, looks more like he was in sharp severe pain and for leg cramps, one immediate action will be to straigthen the legs which was why he went down legs straight on the floor. Only problem is, not all of us are intelligent enough to figure that out.

Cramps? I think the explanation lies elsewhere. In fact if you look more carfully you can spot Tenez hidden under the press room table.
