Breaking News: Everton crowned Furious League champions after 1-0 win against Birmingham

NOTICEBOARD

This week's TPs will be closed on Wednesday, but open on Thursday instead. Lawyers will also stay open for you to accept offers until the close of Thursday.

Players who left the league through season 2 lawyers will become available to buy in TPs from Thursday (15th)

Season 4 - U21 = players born on or after 01/10/1990

New League Squad Limit Rules to be introduced!

From season 4, there will a 25 man league squad limit from which you will be able to select players to play in league games.

These will be the 25 players from which your injuries will be drawn so as to prevent managers from the bigger, richer teams from diluting the risk of their stars picking up injuries.

You will be able to take players in and out of your League 25, but from the point that injuries are drawn that is the 25 that you must select your league team from. Injuries will now be drawn on Wednesdays

Your overall squad can remain larger than 25, but your League eligible 25
must be shown separately. Players outside of the 25 can still play in cup and European competitions.

ROLL OF HONOUR

League Champions

Season 1 - Blackburn (Andy)

Season 2 - Tottenham (Nick)

Season 3 - Everton (Smartest)

Cup Winners

Season 1 - no competition

Season 2 - Everton (Smartest)

Season 3 - Stoke (Viva)

Morning dudes.

Ryan Giggs smashing goals since the likes of Gotze and Lukaku were swimming in thier dads balls.

Yes Nick I've watched the documentary, I'm still not sure what to believe I wish one day we find out the truth. For the sake of the two late greats.

Hero you're lucky Asprilla didn't pull out a mossberg and pump out your chest.

Hi Fan it's me Viva I hope you never forget me. How is Scotland? What do you make of Scotlands chances of making 2012? Do you now rate Darren Fletcher the second greatest Scotsman after The King Denis Law.

I think it was Meyde, he was a Poopie player!

Viva, the ibuprofen did the trick last night my foot held out. But I picked up another injury, seems like a thigh strain or something, anybody know how long a thigh strain takes to recover? I banged in a goal but we lost 3-2, their goalkeeper was amazing, better than DeGea. I had 5 shots on target other than the goal and I thought they were dead certs to go in but he flew like a feline cat through the air to push them past the post. I hit the crossbar and had a header cleared of the line via somebody knee onto the crossbar then bouncing away. It was literally unbelievable!

Meyde was a great player, just he was always injured, peed or high.

When he was none of those, he was top player. Your typical Dutch winger. It's just that it was very rare he wasn't one of those!

Thats what I was taking last week Smarts and it did help but I still can't play till Christmas gutted.

Like loads of injuries you get three levels, with three beging the worst, I assume yours is level 1 and that should take three weeks on average. Always use R.I.C.E Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. Are you feeling a lot of pain? Does it hurt to walk? Does it feel tight?

Note I am not a doctor I am just a pretend physio like I am a pretend manager on here don't take my advice best to see a real doctor but I bet he will say the same thing it depends on what level injury you had.

You play 11 a side full pitch?

Yeah full 11 a side Viva, I'm striker.
It hurts when I walk and it feels tight, sure it's just a pull though. What is compression? How do I use the ice? lol
I bet your gutted you can't play til xmas, I love playing the beautiful game. Wishing you a speedy recovery ikwa.

I think it may just be a level 1 injury but remember I'm just a dodgy 606 doctor lol I think best thing is to R.I.C.E.

Compression is putting pressure on the injured area, have you got a bandage it helps reduce swelling don't put it on so tight that it stops blood flow and you can't move.

I used frozen peas on my knee, it don't have to be ice but peas or sweetcorn packet from the freezer but use a plastic bag or something don't put it on directly it'll give you burns. Trust

Yo I loved playing 11 a side, haven't played it in a few years it's mainly 5 or 7 a side. If I could find a team but it would take me a while to get back to 11 a side level. Thanks mate, I have Football on Thursdays which is today and I feel sad that I won't be playing.

I only like 11 a side playing striker or central midfield Viva. Otherwise you don't seem to get much of the ball or many chances to score.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try that. How long do I compress it for and how long do I leave the ice on for?

Also left a message for you on tp's, not trying to be a pain mate but its the rules.
