Who has the worst fan atmosphere in the PL?

Wigan? Bolton? Blackburn? Arsenal?

Having visited many Bundesliga teams in Germany all their fans are very loud. Top or bottom of the table. In the EPL (the supposedly best league in the world) there are many teams where you sit there and think you are sitting in a library the atmosphere is so quiet and the grounds half empty.

Bundesliga do sell their tickets for a fraction of the price that the Premier League clubs (that's no discredit to them, actually well done for thinking fans first) so they get 'real' fans attending rather than the prawn sandwich brigade.
Premier League isn't half as bad as the likes of La Liga or Serie A though, apart from the big matches their games are shockingly poorly attended.

Bolton is pretty poor. Agree. I think even Wigan is a better atmosphere and that`s saying something.
