I seriously hope Bailey get's his head taken off, watch him bottle it from the big Aussies and Kiwi forward's if he get's on against them.

How the hell are Abblet & Cudjoe in above Welham's, who was second top scorer and his performances were good.
Not sure how Mclloram is in either, or Jones Bishop, espically sering as Hardaker has been better for Leeds. Would have liked to see Makinson in as well, as i think he's been excellent for Saints.
To be fair to Bailey he's had a good season, otherwise it's the squad i pretty much expected. Brough's injured is he?

No Ryan Atkins or Chris Bridge. Would have thought Luke Robinson and Rob Burrow would have a chance. Im surprised Ben Jones Bishop is in ahead of Josh Charnley.

Not heard if Danny Brough is injured or not ? he hasn't been selected in the England Knights squad either .

Dont understand why Atkins isn't in , Burrow got injured in the grand final apparantly

I dont agree with a frew of the selections to be honest , but then again i dont think Steve McNamarra should be coach either hes not a good enough coach to be in charge of our national team or even a superleague team for that .

The Nights squad looks better than The 4 nations one.

I think we could pick a decent 13 from the squad but after that were struggling .

For England to enjoy any success at the 4 nations we will have to play a tight forward orientated game.

Things have just worse for England with Jonny Lomax being forced to pull out of the squad due to a ankle injury . He has been replaced by Danny Maguire .

How on earth did McNamarra not know Lomax needed ankle surgery until the day after announcing the squad .

Dont think so , just not selected . McNamarra said he has picked players on form basis and has not considered anyone who might be injured (but then selects Lomax who pulls out 24 hours later?) . There really are some odd selections and omitions .

After yesterdays result England will have to be on top form to get anything out of Australia, and the Aussies will have to play poor.

Australia looked very good in the highlights i have seen , England need a lot of luck . A big win over the French this friday would build confidence but what happens if they dont beat the French convincingley ?

I think England will beat the French Convincingly, but beating the French is not a confidence builder these days.

I'm really not confident about Englands chances in the 4 nations , hope im proved wrong .

I will be happy if Engalnd beat Wales and either New zealand or Australia to make the final, and then as we know anything can happen in a one off game.
