In the need of a hell-raiser?

Just wanted to add some constructive thoughts.

After carefully considering the tempestuous situation this forum has gotten into, I realised that it has never been as lively and interesting before. Now that there's a real war of worlds, words and convintions going on. If this is all true, wouldn't it be useful to have someone institutionally dedicated to create conflicts, reasons of hatred and occasional virulent clashes for the sake of it rather than a moderator?
