I think that is a good step in the right direction CF. I think you still need to fill out the tactics a little bit more, but a massive improvement on last week.

However, you are playing one of the two best sides in your division this week, so it is going to be tough

Actually that is better CF. Think bit more could be added about amrking system or something but getting there.

thats why ive gone with a defensive formation, to try and keep it in single figures lol.

dont help that im missing pirlo, toni, raul. Pirlo and Toni would have been perfect in that formation but never mind.

CF mate, its not just about the formation that can get you the win, you need to beef your tactics out. Give them specific instructions on what to do etc.

Your starting XI
Your formation
Your tactics

In my votes, each one is equally important. If you had a world class team, you could get away with weaker tactics, but with a weaker team, you can more than make up for it by your tactical approach.

it's the tactics that split the best managers from the worst/

It doesnt mean your defence will be able to get the ball to your midfielders though. I had the front 3 tight on your defence.
