Grosso's better days are long long gone CF, he's not played for the Italy team for 2 years and he's only got 2 games for Juve this season, if you get a LB in then make them your first choice.
It's obviously your decision at the end of the day but my offer of Alba, Veloso and Kleber remains for Chiellini, all three of them would/should replace who you have in their respective positions.

I've only really got him as back up CB (I have Isla as well but his lack of height concerns me back there) so I'm going to keep hold of him for the time being.

Don, you do know you're playing Porto don't you?

Midfield - We will pack the midfield up so we can crowd out the Fiorentina midfield and stop them over running us. Sandro and Rolfes will play the roles of the defense mids and will protect the defense. They will be tasked with winning the ball back from Tottenham and passing the ball to the more creative players on the pitch. Bale and Lennon are fast players and I want them to utilise it by tormenting the opposition side backs.

Cf - de ceglie is better than grosso so IMO de ceglie should be first choice and grosso back-up.I'm not sure you need a new lb

lol i could probably do with signing another centre back as cover for chiellini and barzaghli, because im only left with carragher as back up at the moment.

Carragher has lost his pace but he's still a decent back up to have. Look at improving up front.

If you have a choice between going for a back up player or a first teamer then the obvious answer is to get the first teamer.

Seriously though, Chiellini answers your problems. I sold off Moutinho and Pereira right at the beginning to further other deals, if I hadn't swapped them I wouldn't have ended up with Falcao up front, I still managed though to get them back.
Trade him and you get 3 guys in who'll cover all your positions.
