First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the life size photo of Thierry Dusautoir.

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Need to find the following items for my doctor who costume.

A tweed jacket – found one, need to fine one in my size
A sonic screwdriver – sourced, boxed off
A shirt – will have a look, probably have something that will do the job already
A burgundy bowtie – shouldn’t be TOO hard to find
A pair of red braces – no idea where to look for that, would M&S have that type of thing?

I bought a pair of braces once. my wife took them back to the shop and swapped them for socks.

Just tracked it on-line and find it was in Glenrothes (Fife) Weds eve, then Inverness in the wee small hours of yesterday. Puma, computer couriers are very slow with that regard. When I worked with Sony, courier issues were far and away biggest issue to deal with.

You remind me of a story I heard Willy. An awfully posh Scottish Landowner who has been spending a fortune on rare breed cattle has run away with her gilly apparently. Caused quite a scandal in the Border's.

And don't tell me there's a rugby meet on because I heard Wink

What a thrashing. First from the oval shaped ball game and now the round ball!

Lucky I didn't watch it tonight. Ireland must have run riot. Are there any another games?

Yeah LB, there's another test in Queensland next week. The series is decided by aggregate score so Ireland already have a pretty big advantage. I expect a brutal affair next time out, when we win, it's not usually by much!

Yeah, it doesn't really grab me either, Thomond. Still doesn't captivate me.
Those games sometimes get quite competitive but this was a real blow out. Good for Ireland to win on Aussie soil though. OK

The final ODI has just begun between Aus and SA. No way I can stay up to watch it... I'm so bloody knackered. However, I'll get up in the morning to watch the Kangaroos - Kiwis 4N match though. That should be a good one.

Isn't the internet marvellous?

Yes, they poop! There poop looks like chalk

Just like all other animals they must get rid of waste products, just like we do.

The process is called defecation. Yes .Their waste is a mixture of different substances and is roughly analogous to a mixture of feces and urine. It appears as a white or cream coloured, chalky residue after the water in it evaporates.

See, if science had been like this in school...

"The disappearance of white dog poo is down to what dogs eat these days.

White dog poop is the calcium left behind as the water evaporates, and the 'organic' components of the poop are consumed (in various ways) leaving the inorganic stuff behind.

But nowadays dogs don't eat as much bone as they used to, including bone meal. Also, tighter regulation on dogs crapping on pavements means that turds don't hang around for years in public places like they used to, giving them less opportunity to dry out and turn white."

I don't like touch screen technology. Finally got the wireless keyboard and mouse to work. Reminder to self: read the instructions first. The built in webcam only sees the the top of my head - and that's if I sit up really straight. But - it works Yahoo (after a lot - I mean a lot - of very rude words)
