Afternoon, amigos! How old do you have to be to qualify as a dentist? My new man (boy) appears to be about 16 - worrying. I'm starving but the last time I tried eating with a numb mouth, I bit my lip so hard I looked like I'd had lopsided Botox for a week.

As far as I can tell (from the trailer) he plans to be stoned for 30 days, rather than just maybe having one smoke a day.
I expect him to lose his memory and eyesight, not be able to get it up and put on about 30kg…

Hello new pub. Well, the rain hit us here in London earlier. Just a couple of very heavy ahowers, but if people had that for over 24 hours non-stop I feel sorry for you.

Once again , as I type, I'm off to the SW for meetings tomorrow. Why don't they turn off the feicen guard's announcements in the quiet carriage on trains? mad

Even though I am unable to empathise with the sentiments therein I agree with one of the commentators on the said piece that it is indeed the best Beatles song. Worthy I believe of being considered a classic (if not classical).

It's raining heavily here in Newport, Hound.

Kia / Gibbo, the head of the NZRU has slammed the IRB's decision to fine France. What I don't understand is why the IRB need to meddle if the NZRU haven't even complained. It's like they're touchy on the All Blacks' behalf.

Fair play to the NZRU. Commendable. Yes the IRB badly wanted the AB's to win that Cup. It was obvious. Not taking anything away from the best team in the World. They are. Beyond doubt. Have been for years now. But the IRB are being silly now. They should either get rid of the Haka (which I love) or allow people to challenge it.

How on earth can we finish 4th in the world cup and end up dropping in the rankings? It just doesn't make sense to me. We beat Ireland and you went up! Where's the logic in that?
