Ummm, a bit, certainly feel better then I did on Monday anyway.

My brother's back from Gibralter today so we're going out for food with my cousin and his girlfriend this evening which'll cheer me up, then back home to Carmarthenshire on Friday evening. Walks round the mountain back home and a trip to Y Parc this weekend should sort me out I reckon. (That and my mam and dad talking sense into me!)

Actually, I’ve been watching Harry Potter since last weekend, a movie a night. I’m really into it, even though I saw the last movie before I saw any of the other ones. It’s cracking stuff.

There's not too many Welsh or Scots in either squad these days. It's more that these two great London rugby institutions are playing each other in a competitive fixture for the first tome in many a year.

Contemponi is just class. Full of wonderful touches. Making breaks like a young fella as well. 20-14 Stade.
