Both guys look in great shape, and thank God Marquez has took this serious this time after coming in a big pugey for the Floyd one last time at this weight.

Marquez - 142lbs
Manny - 143lbs

Posted this last night on the betting thread for the fight. Casamayor came in at 141 too and Bradley at 140. Boxingscene have photos for anyone who can't access YouTube. Marquez looks better than he did against Mayweather.

Can't disagree with that Balti. He looks great for this. And both guys will more than likely be walking into the ring around the same weigh/shape too which is great.

Wonder if he's gonna be too heavy-set to fight as he intends to. Certainly put the muscle on better this time, although Pacquiao is still more cut.

JMM looks good, Manny great. Thin JMM will still be a bit slower than he would like due to extra muscle, so will jave to be incredibly accurate in countering and will need to make sure he doesnt present himself as somewhat a stationary target. I think Manny wins by KO before the 8th

Yeah both looked great and had a lot of respect for each other.

Excellent shape, the pair of them. You can tell that Marquez has gone about the weight gain process in a much better way this time around, he hasn't got that fleshy look he had at the Mayweather weigh-in.

Still standing by Marquez causing problems, leading to a Pacquiao UD 116-112.

Mosley looked good also vs Manny. JMM looks a lot better than he did vs Mayweather so should be very competitive but i can't get past his age. I can't see this going the distance, JMM should cause him a couple of problems but if katsidis can catch him cold than manny will have no problem in doing so. The good thing though is that he will come to fight unlike mosley but i see manny bowling him over from round 5 and get a stoppage around rounds 8-10

i agree fists but think mannys power will show through in the end and the ref steps in late on.

If I had to put my money on one round for manny to end it, it would be the 10th (TKO). Marquez looks in superb shape, but as WHU says - his age and a few other fights would suggest he wont be as elusive as he would like. The great thing about this fight is most can see Manny winning, but it's a pickem for when and how, yet I suspect most people have got a small feeling in the back of their mind that MArquez could still do something.

As an aside, would anyone mind advising me on the schedule for the show tonight? Start time and fight order is possible!

Starts at 2am then every fight should be then 10 past the hour until Pac-Marquez at 5.10am. That's if most fights goes the distance.

most of my mates couldn't give two hoots about boxing so it will be a solo effort too! im lookin forward to seeing what Bradley can do so there's enough interest to keep me going I think.

i'll be here. Think i might score all the fights to keep me focussed/awake, especially if the boxing aint great. I'll def be scoring the prescott fight as I thought he was scored harshly against Mccloskey and deserved the nod.
