There are question marks, but if you base it on what he has shown so far, he will be a top, top player.

But it's far to early to be sure with him.

Thats the main point I think Odnan. But with Benfica in the knock out stages of the CL I guess we will see how he copes against the best in Europe.

YI you really rate Enrique? Personally he's quite far down that list for me.

And Eriksen, potentially good, but give me Hazard or Rodriguez ahead of him in the best next player stakes (and after them Iturbe & Polo)

I don't wanna sound like a knob on my first day, but can someone sort out the Released Players?

There's no consistency to who's still available and who's not, I signed someone on there and confirmed it, only to see a bit later the same player (for the same fee) on someone else's page! Obviously I edited my post for that particular player, but i'd like to know who is actually available please thumbsup

P.S. I'm hooked. Sign me up for Season 2 with Everton!

FIORENTINA V TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS

Fiorteina did thier homework today and it worked well for them, stopping the flow of Eriksen helped reduce the attacking potency of Spurs which allowed them to get forward and get the goals. Spurs need more direction and instuctions they have a good side.

Tight match, hard to seperate the teams here. Fiorentina dominated the possesion but didnt create enough clear chances, half a dozen half chances were not taken. Cardozo was dominated by the Spurs CB's uo to the point where Marti was introduced which is when the bulk of their chances were created. Spurs didnt attack as much as they should of, if they were going for a point then it has been achieved.

Spurs goal comes as adebayer gets run on defenders with Fiorentina forcing crosses to come in comfortabale header, The game is won for fiorentina in midfield where the three comfortably control the 2 dms of Spurs

Both have strong teams but the Fiorentina tactics are better written and have more detail

An exciting match with neither really dominating, very evenly matched throughout

A defensive performance from spurs but eventually get broken down by an elia 25 yarder

Adebayor is on fire and gets both spurs goals. Diarra and Palumbo keep Modric and Gerrard quiet. Cardozo get a late consolation.

high scoring open game, both sides full of attacking flair

A tough match and Spurs have learnt their lesson with a more balanced midfield. It was close, but I think they have enough to get a draw, and the two sides are set up very similarly.

VILLAREAL V BAYER LEVERKUSEN

On paper Bayer may have looked the better side but I feel the midfield was overpowered by the Villareal guys, there was too much of a gap between Rofles and and Defour which Villareal exposed, Spurs did get some joy down the wings but Villareal were solid aerially, feel if Pirlo played they would have had a better chance.

Villareal set up well, implied some ricky but clever tactics to take care of Bale, Anyukov was very focused on his task, could of been sent off for how he went about it but that was the risk in the stratagy, it paid off. Leverkusen didnt really have a plan B and relied on their wingers to supply. Soldado got the support from Valero and took his chances like an in form striker would.

Agbonlahors pace is to much up front while the 4 def + Dm handle the 3 attacking players comfortably

strong line up from villareal and well written tactics, lots of detail so the team know what they are doing, the subs will also be a big help
Good team from Leverkusen but the tactics are a tad short on detail

Leverkuesens pace was just too much for the Villareal defense Bale, Lennon and Gabby were on fire against them

Villareal catch leverkusen on the break to snatch victory

Bale and Lennon provide width that has the advantage over quite a narrow Villareal set up. Cross after cross comes in and it is a comfortable win in the end.

Bayer have too much attacking wise for Villlarel.

Villareal have more men in the centre and will find it easier to control a game against a Leverkusen side who have maybe gone a bit top heavy. Great at the back still, but I think Villareal have enough to overrun them eventually.

I wanted Rocchi and Fred, when I originally bid for Fred I had enough cash for both but Hero put the price up, so I agreed on selling Vellios to make sure I got Rocchi.
