How good would Valero have been?
Ok, so firstly, he was a nutjob, but I loved watching him in the ring. In his final fight he systematically ground Demarco to a halt. How good would he have become? Imagine these fights
Valero v Rios
Valero v JMM
Valero v Morales
Valero v Pac
And i could go on, i honestly think he would have been a real force in the sport had he lived, how far could he have gone?

Re: How good would Valero have been?
He's a big what if Sean, I think he would be way too good for the likes of Rios, no offense to Brandon, he's just too limited.
But measuring up to the likes of JMM - Morales and Pac is so hard to determine though, I would need to see more of him against a higher level of opposition (Obviously not quite possible) I think it's feasable to believe that he could have been up there with the elite level fighters, but it's just so hard to honestly say.

In his last fight against Demarco he shuld some world class qualities, mobility agility etc. I think he could have been fantastic, and would have destroyed Rios IMO.

DeMarco's performance against Valero was the reason I was one of the only ones to pick him against Lineres or whatever he's called. Is and always will be haevily underrated.

I also did a thread like this elsewhere many moons ago but worded it stupid. I said what would he have become only to get answers like naughty person and serial killer.

Re: How good would Valero have been?
with his knock out power, he's pose a threat to anyone around his weight division.
it would have been interesting to see how he his power moved up the weights. manny's power stayed with him, but that doesnt happen too often.
such a shame that he was an absolute nut job as stated above.
