Replacements for Russo? Empty Replacements for Russo?

As confirmed yesterday, Vince Russo has left TNA and has been replaced by Bruce Pritchard & former ROH/WWE booker Dave Lagana.

What do you guys think of his replacements, both names are fairly new to me so what do you guys think of Pritchard & Lagana, can they take TNA to a new level?

Pritchard has been head of creative since BFG time, Russo expressed a desire leave in last summer and was asked to stay on until they got someone suitable to take ther role, Russo has been in an advisory role in the background since to see how Pritchard was after his settling in period
