Birmingham Bulls: 2 Minute Drill (Q&A)

Afternoon all,

It's been a while since we posted last, and for that we apologise.

We'd like to bring to your attention a Q&A session (the idea of which was shamelessly stolen from these 606v2 pages) with #36 RB Leon Williamson. Leon has been with the Bulls for nearly 6 years now, and after starting out life at MLB, he quickly realised that life was more fun on a Sunday morning when trucking guys instead of tackling them.

But for a concussion suffered against Cambridge last season which meant he had to sit out the following game, Leon would have surpassed the fabled 1000yd mark in rushing in only a 10 game regular season.

So, have you ever wondered what it it would be like to play British American Football?

When did you first play American Football and how were you exposed to the game?

Your average UK person who follows other sports tends to think American Football is soft because of the padding. How would you describe the physical nature of the game and do the collisions hurt?

Do you think it is a sport for young kids or is it an adults only thing?

How bif would your playbook be?

Personnally what is the best run you have ever done

Do you just wear regular football/rugby boots or do you wear American Football boots/cleats?

What got you into playing American Football, rather then rugby?

Is there a lot of competition/rivallry between the offense and defense sides of a team?

Is 1,000 yards the big target for the upcoming season?

What is your favourite receiving route to run?

Is it mainly British/Europeans on your team or are there some American exiles too?
