IRB website says the public poll "will be taken into account" when deciding on the junior player of the year - shortlist chosen by the various coaches at the JWC

As of 5 minutes ago, the poll on the IRB facebook page has JJ on 2,694 votes, Serfontein of SA on 877 and Adendoff of SA on 545. So vote early, vote often!!!!! for JJ
