What Was The Most Arrogant ... ?

A lot of poster often call to the other teams "arrogant" about a lot of things, like:

1. NZ are arrogant to suugesting the All Blacks must have been poisoned in 1995
2. NZ are arrogant to suggesting there must have been corruption in 2007 Quarterfinal NZ v FRA
3. WAL are arrogant to suggesting they would win the RWC if Warburton was not shown the red card.
4. SCO are arrogant to believe they can win the RWC
5. SCO are arrogant to print the Calcutta Cup Winners T-shirts
6. ENG are arrogant to believe the 2003 team is the benchmark for professional rugby
7. ENG are arrogant to make a Grandslam video before they win the Grandslam
8. IRE are arrogant for suggest BOD deliberately targeted by Umaga and Mealamu because he was too good
9. AUS are arrogant to not bother having a scrum
10. ITA are arrogant to try to play Bergamasco at half back.
11. SA are arrogant to suggest Bryce Lawrence must have cheated in 2011.

But these are just example! So what is the most arrogant thing in international rugby you can remember and which country is the worst offensive by it?

Thats actually a REALLY interesting debate.

Whoever reported this article needs to grow a pair. There are examples from mos major nations and no nation is there more than twice.
