Refin Scarlets v Dragons. 1st game in the RaboPro12 this season.Lookin forward to it
Firstly Owens was reffing the blues game the other week wasn't he? And he wasn't hurt during his 'training session' with Blues Bath this week.
Secondly maybe the Blues have given the Scarlets a spot, we have had a 7 man pack listed this week, and now you have a 9 man pack... is there something going on?

This isn't rodney now mind...
Just found out Lyn Jones is a guest for scrum V live tonight, we are playing Henson bingo...
You hear his name you take a drink, we have put 12 words into a hat and picked 3 each.
The person who is left with his words last, or has more words than anyone else at the end of the match has to drink the dreaded glass of 'dregs'
Come on Saracens, Attitude and Batchelor!!!

He's tweeted he's had flu all week and isn't 100%.
Why pick a player who isn't 100% ?
He's class but playing at any level feeling il isn't fun!

Knyole still doesn't understand "take it from the mark" I see. Another basic scrum-half feature that he is lacking.

WTF is going on???
The ball was clearly over, the ball goes behind the 2nd post, how do we know Maule was onside

Re: Scarlets v Dragons, Friday 5th October
Bizarre potential try.
Did the kick go through the posts
Was the ball grounded
Was Maule offside.
Based off the cameras, I thought the kick was through...but the try is awards.
Weird

It was difficult to tell with the blur, but the angle from behind the post looked like it went through.

Not really a poor kicker from the tee. It was pretty much as close as you can get to actually scoring 3pts.

It was that view that did it to me too, the blurred images looked like the ball passed through the post but from behind it was clearly through

Re: Scarlets v Dragons, Friday 5th October
If I was coaching a prof club now I would be using the words 'use it' as markers for my SH, if the ball is there to be used and has been told then whos fault is that, the pack readjusting or the SH stalling?
Also tells you how quickly you are presenting the ball for your 9.

Since the bum try Dragons heads seemed to have dropped. Pens from all over the park have given Thomas a few shots at goal, could be a bad 2nd half if the dragons don't wake up

See that guy behind you Sean, he's doing your job, he's working to put together stats within seconds of it happening, he's recognising trends and systems and putting figures of them as proof. That guy is telling you exactly what you need to know to take credit for in front of your beloved camera!!!

He's going ok but blinder I think they're deluded a little bit.
He is scrummaging with one of the strongest hookers in the game, opposite probably the weakest scrum in the league.
He's been ok around the park but not spectacular.
IMO he looks a good prospect but he's not that spectacular

Are these commentators for real? They just said they would like the rabo as a development comp and for the LV cup to be a top comp. These are the worst comentators ive ever heard!

At eighteen he looks a better prospect than Adam jones did at the same age mate.

Don't get me wrong, I think if he keeps progressing he'll be cracking, everytime I saw him for the U20's he was excellent, but he's not standing out tonight like Lyn Jones is saying.
Like I said he looks like a prospect finding his feet in the club game, thats no insult.
