Welsh Set Piece

Well, I thought Samoa had a great chance tonight, they are going from strength to strength as an international team. With some of the most lethal backs in the world, Samoa have set themselves apart from their Island cousins Fiji and Tonga by adding structure, discipline and a first rate set piece.

I thought Samoa would better Wales in the backs, but I was surely shocked by the dominance of the Samoan front 5. I haven't seen a Welsh scrum bossed in some years. Granted Wales were missing some front liners and suffered again through injury, but the mugging they got in the scrum will hurt almost as much as the loss.

Well done Samoa! and I'm sure Wales will be back with a point to prove next week, if Howley has what it takes we will surely find out in the next seven days...
