PLEASE NOTE - this season you will receive a 1 point deduction if you do not submit tactics (as well as a default loss) and a 1 point deduction if you do not vote. If you know in advance you are unable to do either, then you must state so on the Holidays/Days Off page, to avoid the penalties.

I will do the cup, but if it becomes a running joke I pull all effort.

Having heard about the last Cherries Cup, I can guarantee that Wilfried Zaha and Wayne Routledge are going to be my CB pairing in all my cup games...

A shake up, if it is sensible and doesn't create a farce, is a good idea Cherries.

But I think you need to just come out and say what you are planning, as people are dubious of your cup running form.

Indeed Cherries. If you can run the Cup to time, give us what we need when we need it, and ensure the integrity of the institution is upheld, we'll all be fine.

But from all accounts, last time that didn't happen, so if you can't get it right this time, I shan't be giving it a fair shot.

3 groups of 4, with group winner and best 2nd place progressing

with the cup winner previous year bumped up to pot 1 and then bump down the rest

link it to the league to make it more important and to make the cup final mean something to teams not in it.

e.g this year if marky wins and goes down he'll be up to pot 1 and have an easier scedule and miss out on the big guns.

I prefer nationalities to that tbh. I've already played Nando and Sodhat or Cherries/Trebs 4 times this year
