Paul butler has being given a chances to get the WBO intercontinental belt(wtf if that) do you think it does the Warren promoted fighters any good constantly getting wbo strap whist in some cases doing very little to earn their shot

WBO minor belts help with WBO rankings, therefore getting fighters closer to WBO world title shots. So it does help in that respect. It's not been unheard of to win the WBO world title and earn a decent living fighting mediocre opponents.

Other promoters cosy up to other organisations in similar ways, and they all have their own Silver, Regular, Super, International, Intercontinental, Interim belts.

Anyone can win a belt of some description these days, Literally anyone (when I say 'literally' anyone, obviously I don't mean it literally, but you get my point).
