correct it's why i agreed to be stop-gap manager but now others seemingly want out

It's been a long time, this league. Weariness can be expected, it's primarily why I took a step away and I probably would have done much sooner except I was kept around by the fun on the main page and chatting to the likes of Afro, Azzy, Olly, Marky and all of you.

Seems a little like that's gone away from this league and it's reflecting in participation. Hopefully one day we'll all manage together again in a big, sexy fantasy league full of sheep, 5ive and preferred wiping methods.

Agree completely with this. I don't think there is anything wrong with the league at all. Plenty of scope for transfers and improvements and really competitive still.

It is the pretend management I am not feeling love for at the moment.

Hero's right. No one has cash. Trading is at a low.
People dont read tactics properly either. Gregers lost to a team who fielded two injured players, he had to bring it up for it to be noticed & then go on to be punished.

If anyone wants to swap teams I'm open to it.
Currently all my players are for sale.
I want to build something new. Youth is the way forward, gets better ratings than established stars now.

However how about a bit of a cash injection, only spendable in the league (i.e. from other teams and not TPs). Say £20 million for the bottom team up to £1million for the team currently top?

Reckon that would bring a bit more transfer activity?
Im not sure if it would. Everyone including me wants more than a players value.

Another area of issue with the league is there's a couple of managers who will only do deals if they are getting vastly the better deal, there's no attempt at all at a win/win deal where both sides get players they want and as a result these teams hardly ever do a trade, yes I do mean Viva & Nick, and I'm sorry if this upsets you as it's not meant to but I think you're both seasoned managers and it's become part of the norm for you to get one over a manager in a transfer rather than allow a little leeway. I think if you lowered your demands at times it would increase inter team transfers.

I think after a while it just becomes a bit of a chore. Bit like anything really.

I'm not upset one bit and you don't need to apologise to me, anything to improve the overall quality of the league I'm always up for it and I have sacrificed many times for the good of the league. 

I have an unfair reputation of being a miser that will never deal, I've tried doing deals through real life value, TM value and a mixture of both. The only two times in my managerial career that I've had a big advantage is when I did that 5m deal with CF which I didn't think he would do and when we did that Martinez and de rossi deal which you made the offer and I just tried to get the best deal. 


I do agree that I'm not the easiest to do deals with and I do look to get deals in my favour but I'm not the only one but I have a reputation. I'll do my best to do deals so if anyone is interested in any of my players I'll try to make a deal happen. Leave offers for any of my players and I'll get back to you.

Only unbeaten English side in the Champions League, if Shaktar could shoot they could have finished us off in the first half, they were going past our midfield without a challenge it was like we had no midfield. Carrick is needed badly. 

Second half was a lot better kept the ball and created space chances, Young was very wasteful.

As Viva has, ive tried TM value for players but managers want more than that.

One player who is in the form of his life, one young talent whos currently playing good all for one of the if not the only world class match winner in this league whos TM Value is over the two combined & still refused. You cant tell me that deal isnt over.

Double figures for goals & assist this season. Same for the last four seasons & I cant even sell him for a loss.
but Robben cant do nothing against Balzaretti in a four at the back defence & cant even do anything on the counter attack with no marker on him & two slow, artic lorry turning circle centre backs to beat, maybe hes not world class.

Im joining the Realistic League. Prefer the old skool methods going on over there. Ill still help run this & do tactics etc, I wont be putting as much effort in as I do now but it will be better than just basics.

Onto the match, Giggs is really getting on my nerves. I actually want him to quit playing. first 26 mins he gave the ball away 6 times! We we're a bit lucky in the first half not to go a goal or two down.

Second half was a much better preformance.
Happy with the result & finishing top. Now its onto Sunday at Villa Park.

i say we finish this league after 9 games (ignore home and away) and then end this season and review what's happening.

I'm more determined than ever to win the league this season, and I think now is a good time to announce it, that this is my final season in management for the foreseeable future.

No surprises there. I think it is the same for a few of us as well and I think the league will probably come to an end after this season anyway as I think there will be a manager shortage.

Ffs what was the point in me joining

To show the pretenders who is the real king of bum fun with my bum.

The ps4 controller is a great design and fits the hand nicely but the analog and shoulder buttons are poorly manufactured. The analog is having wear and tear problems the material is coming off very quickly and the shoulder buttons tend to stick making it hard to press them. Dissapointed with Sony.

Odd that. My First PS3 controller lasted a few years.
My current one is on its way out, left analog & L2 trigger (due to FIFA) are going but thats taken 2 years abuse.

The ps4 controller was excellent, it lasted at least 10 days before it needed charge, it was durable, no issues with the analog, it took some pounding but always came back for more, the only issues was that it didn't feel as good in the hand as the ps4 but other then that it smokes ps4. 

I've had mine for 12 days and I haven't even played much and there's already issues with the pad. I'll be taking it back but this is a world wide issue friends and others have reported same problem.

Ive heard a few issues. I may just wait for the 2nd gen production line PS4 before I buy mine now.

I can understand faulty playstation that happens but how can they ruin the controller, they used cheap material for the analog and I'm already seeing cracks and tears on it. The ps4 itself is running nicely.

No need to leave Tranq. Just dont do any deals. Thats what im going to do. I'll just keep selling to lawyers & bringing players from TP Bids in.

Seems some of you cant handle the management side of things and just want to do transfers. That's a different league, this is the real deal, the big boys league, and I'm here to win.

He already is Marky, just one better than Wycombe or Stockport.
He manages Sparkhill Estate Social Club. They have a football team, bowls team & a hoes team.
He walks around like a Pimp Daddy with any two members from whichever team is free on his arms, be it male or hoe Viva dont hold no prejudice.

Due to them abandoning it Sky Bet voided it on all coupons. My 32/1 soon dropped to a 8/1, that was a Gala win one.

I say we make this gameweek the final one before Xmas (next week is the final week of term and there's no way I'm going to be online)

After New Year, we come back and see how we're looking on the league, play out the season ending late January/early February. Then either reboot the league or do whatever but make the decision then

Experience in the team, not in certain positions. Even when Man U won the league in 1996 with "kids", they had the experience of Keane, Cantona, Bruce, Pallister and Irwin.
