Hearn has announced this will take place on 27th of September in Germany. Big opportunity for Smith. Abraham has looked crap in recent years. Anyone think Smith might have a chance?

One article on all things Matchroom would de-clutter a lot of threads. I despair when an article about boxing descends into promoter bashing, followed by 'my dad's got a bigger todger than your dad'.

I'd actually be interested to read a proper article by Strongy on why he doesn't like Eddie Hearn (as long as it doesn't just boil down to, 'well he's a smarmy git'.)

Would give a place for everyone to have a proper discussion/b!tchfest too.

Strongys main argument is that he has an appeal to a certain type of person because he wears a suit and drives a nice car. He doesn't like the fact Hearn likes to make challenging fights for his boxers where he can, he'd rather they were protected for 25+ fights until they pick up an alphabet title.

Basically put, he wants the Warren era back where british boxing was on its arse in the world scene. Now at least Matchroom has connections to Golden Boy etc.
