I'm sure like myself, your facebook timeline has been awash this past week with friends / 'celebrities' etc getting drenched with cold water. All in aid of ALS / Macmillan etc

Not saying he's important in the grand scheme of all this fundrasing, just that I loved his nominations & thought they were funny.

Anybody see the clip of Cian Healy singing Bonnie Tylers 'total eclipse of the heart'. Apparently there was a bet that if he sang the song the Irish womens rugby team would get free tickets to some festival. Epic effort. Don't have the link here but search for it.

Paul Derbyshire (Munster head of Conditioning) died from this disease 2/3 years ago. Some of you might remember ROG pushing in a wheelchair for the presentation of the PRO12 Cup.

Its a terrible disease.
