I actually agree with Viva on this. I think released players should be put back into the TP pool and bought in the same way, now that the bidding style has been brought in. Just because it isn't broken, doesn't mean you shouldn't try and make it better.

Nando - Jo has to be one of the next, and also I'm hoping Alfonso Alves is in there. Paulinho for the other one?

Well done I'm still disappointed Alfonso Alves was in.

I was going to put my name in for a team in the new league next season as the whole FIFA results brings a new feel to it. But if I don't get a vote.

But genuinely, I think you guys should think about it properly. With lawyers a bit more open ended and TPs being bidding wars, you could argue that releases in its current form doesn't really fit in anymore. Lawyers and TPs weren't broken, but you still changed them to make them better. Why not releases?

i like releases how they are. But if you lot can negotiate on any improvements i won't complain.

It does feel a bit of a loophole to the new TPs to be able to sign players for half the price in releases without anyone being able to counter bid you, where you might have to pay more than TM value on lawyers.

It hasn't been a problem in the past as usually the released players have been low value squad players. You couldn't really make a big profit trading with them.

Now with the type of league you have, it has become high value players being released and the potential for making profit is much bigger.

Takes it away from a test of building a side properly and doing good tactics, to a test of who can make the most money. You might as well make it a share trading game instead.

But i would make releases available like tps but with the minimum bid half tm value, so its sort of a compromise

All I can say is that money is not that important. Nearly all the best players are already in the league and when we start the new league, no one will start off with a really good squad. The only other alternative I can think of is using the TP method for releases aswell.

The thing is with a new league is that we will all be building so money will be important if we start with teams with not as much quality as we have in the league now that is.

I think Dortmund have probably set up about as well as they could have done against Real Madrid, looking to defend and counter. I can see the three in the Dortmund midfield making if very difficult for them to play. Real Madrid have obviously missed Aguero and Kroos, I don't really see Mascherano as a DM and obviously Ronaldo is better when allowed to roam a bit more as a winger, but is obviously a capable top drawer striker who will beat Subotic a couple of times.
Real Madrid have the better side, there's no question. But, I cannot see what more Dortmund could have done tactically and I can see them being a threat on the counter so get a well deserved draw.

Nando has never beaten me on FIFA and that one game we played, I wasn't impressed. I should have won.

I've changed my mind, I don't think Scholes is our best midfielder anymore it's Roy Keane.

Internet playing up for me tonight but I did run Dortmund v Real through FIFA, Real won 1-0 through a Ramires goal in the 43m. Should have been more as hit the bar twice in the 2nd half.
Also did PSG v Juve, I won 1-0 in that through a 77m Aubameyang goal but I really shouldn't have, it was my only shot in the entire game. in the 2nd half the first time the ball left my half was in the 72nd minute.

But Nando has won a tournament and you haven't.

That's the facts. Not your opinion or Nandos. Record books show Nando has won more than you in tournaments you both took part in and are directly comparable.
