I think Smarts has already accepted your offer and is keener for him to go to Blackburn than Sunderland.

I will hold fire on Mignolet Andy, if that's alright. See if I can come up with a replacement. Romero was my first option, but Smarts has upped the price a bit. Going to scout around a bit more.

Yeah I'll confirm. Just brought in a new defender and thought I had to many, hope he turns out to be a bargain for you. I watched the game Liverpool v Arsenal (you know the one where they robbed us with that last minute penalty?). He was pretty solid in that match.

Flanagan looks good to but I'm not sure how much he will play due to Glen Johnson and Martin Kelly probably ahead of him in the que. But maybe Johnson will be 1st choice LB with Robinson as backup and Kelly RB with Flanagan as backup.

How does this sound? That would mean id have to raise £22m to pay off the rest but im quietly confident i can gain 12m from finishing top 6, then with sponsors and selling a couple of people i can afford the money.

However i will throw in a clause that if i dont finish in the top 6 you get Cardozo back and keep the 5m.
