Worst feud - O'Callaghan vs Heath - cos ed is a nonce
Worst PPV - Tough one this, I'd probably go for the one I wasn't about for
Worst match ending - any match ending in a double DQ
Most disappointing character - James McManus - hasn't really taken that leap I was expecting
Pointless comeback - Logan and BD
Pointless storyline - Not because of PJ/Lex - but the tag team stuff recently has felt pointless because nobody but them has been promoing regularly

Worst PPV - I say NoG, it just didn't have the big feel like it should have unfortunately
Worst match ending - The Xtreme title match (Calm yourself Dec, don't let it get to you )
Most disappointing character - Heath, he had it all and was getting titles and pushes but Ed wasn't bothered (damn you Ed)
Pointless comeback - Costello all day long
Pointless storyline - I have picked two 1) The Forgotten, they stuttered their way through, I got bored with them really quick and some of the reveals are up there with Aces and 8, 2) Costello/Woods/Thunder/Emmy (I think that's her name) bothing happened after the big reveal and Costello being a part of a Main Event feud after promoting once after returning was wrong

I'll close the awards voting at the weekend, before the next show.

Worst feud
Any where it was one sided really, I'm going for O'Callaghan and Heath for that reason and will expand below...

Worst PPV
Overall, every PPV was good but for me, from a personal stand point it is probably Beachfront Brawl as it was a PPV match that I was really the only one who promoed in the build up, there were also things in the build up which I'll mention below that I didn't agree with and despite having a big double world title match nothing changed when it arguably should have.

Worst match ending
I'd say the Xtreme Title match...a match which I wrote ....not really for the ending as it lead to the TV Title tournament but for the fallout it kind of caused. I feel both sides (creative and wrestlers) could have handled the situation a bit better and I do get both sides of the argument as to why it works and why people got a little annoyed with it.

Most disappointing character
I'll have to agree with Aaron Heath, he was given chance after chance and title runs but just did nothing with it and then left a potentially great feud in the middle which is a shame because he was facing a character like O'Callaghan who for me is the stand out guy in the last few months when it comes to the upper midcard...O'Callaghan deserves both titles that he has but he deserved to win them at the end of what should have been feud of the year...not the other guy just walking out.

Pointless comeback
Vincent Costello as I think it's the final nail in the coffin for the character, I love the character but he has no credibility...he came back for the Xtreme Title, written out...he came back for the EWF/6CW Title, written out...his 'injuries' have made him look weak and not like the believeable bad ass he once was.

Pointless storyline
Again I have to go with the Beachfront Brawl 6CW/EWF match as it seemed to waste so much potential. Costello came back for nothing, the return of Emmy was wasted and in the end it kind of left me feeling like I should have taken a few shows off as despite being the only one to consistently promo, Wood came away as a loser.

It also should have just been Wood v Thunder, myself and Michael (Thunder) had discussed using Emmy as Thunder's manager and this was suggested and I felt that would have worked 100 times better than Emmy seemingly coming back for a two shows and it not really being explained.

Worst feud

Everything that is gonna be said about this feud has been said, written and debated but I have to say that for me this has got to be the Xtreme feud. There was no real conclusion between Cerberus and Dicey, or Engel and Dicey and I firmly believe the feud was hotting up. The writers had to do what they had to do and there was only so many different ways to kill each other we could have done, but the TV title tournament resulted in most of us seperating, and only Engel and Cerberus truly interacted beyond the initial rounds.

I don't honestly have one this year.

Worst match ending

I didnt manage to take part in the awards votes last year due to the fact I was "new" here. So my worst match ending is from last year. The red arrows vs Joshua match was written by me, and my ending was rushed. It was god awful and I apologise for the car crash.

It's a real season starter type show, feels like a New Year and the build to NoG kinda beginning, but laced with continuing threads and character shifts that may or may not be noticeable straight away

I'll start some debate with that old chestnut, the question of the day:

For me:

1: O'Callaghan is favourite in my opinion but as a heel it makes no sense him challenging Zhi or Wood, so failing a huge turn for Olly or a title change in the near future, I could see a face winning for the second year in a row. Be nice to see Engel do it, but I think his storyline currently is that he seems to keep failing at the last hurdle more often than not. Maybe a revitalised Dicey?

2: Engel, Reborn, O'Callaghan, Dicey (based on my prediction for the winner. If not Dicey then Cerberus)

3: I think that the Engel/Reborn partnership may evolve in the next month or so and fall apart somewhere around GTG which could lead to a huge blood feud for NOG.

Mike Masters did something in a storyline and I was like "that's it, I'm in". Can't remember what it was.

So - what are the 2 major things you expect to see the ball rolling on tonight folks?

I expect some major revelation in the Hero death story. It's the big story, it's a Hero tribute show and the first of the year so something huge will happen.

I expect a few low key teasers for Night of Glory. An update on Dicey (is he still taking a hiatus?) and a new challenger for Cassius to come forward.
