2018 Predictions

The new season (SL at least) is nearly with us predictions? I will go with;

SL Grand Final St. Helens to edge out Warrington.

Wakefield will be very strong and make the semi's with Castleford. Leeds possibly in a mini-transition and Wigan whose squad look a touch thin and desperately need Sam Tompkins to find full fitness then form 5th & 6th

Challenge Cup; Castleford

Salford I predict will unfortunately finish 12th and compete in the middle 8's with Widnes, Hull KR & uummmmmm at a push Catalans

Championship

Leigh with their parachute payment to finish top with Toronto (very impressive at Bradford Friday night), Featherstone and Toulouse to make the middle 8's.

The championship will I feel be at its strongest for many years in 2018, Halifax, London not far behind the top 4.

Rochdale & Barrow to finish in the bottom 2.

Championship 1

Bradford to finish top despite a few hiccups (York away first up which won't be easy even if Chisholm and Keyes are fit) and be promoted back to the Championship.

League leaders shield - St Helens.

GF Winners - Hull FC.

Challenge cup winners - Leeds.

SL middle 8's teams - Salford, Widnes, Catalan, Hull KR.

Championship middle 8's teams - Leigh, Featherstone, London, Toulouse.

Relegated from championship - Barrow, Rochdale

League 1 champions - Bradford.
Promoted - York

2/3/4: Warrington, Castleford, Leeds
Grand Final winners - St. Helens to beat Warrington
Challenge Cup winners - Leeds

Think Salford and Huddersfield will really struggle. Hull KR to surprise a few.
