They are and the player is Chilean. I admit that 2 of 3 players I'd never heard of them before doing my scouting for players

I did have a certain player from Mamelodi Sundowns on my initial list... Whistle

I was surprised at how low rated some of the usual Premier League u23 stars were, stamina in particular appears a real weakness with the youngsters

I don’t even look at the Premier League, assumed it would have no one under or around £1m who was any good. I know Rice is under 70 but his TM value is about £15m
