Hey guys, just found a link to here when trawling through the spiritual home of 606 v1. It's good to know we have a place to go when the inevitable happens. Big wrestling fan, I stick to WWE though, and I have a couple of questions I wanted people's opinions on.

1) The Sting situation. I should start by saying I'm not especially fussed either way, I'm just curious. Is there any solid proof of negotiations with WWE, or is it just that TNA have taken him off their site and logically where else can he go? Personally I could take or leave him.

2) Am I the only one that feels a little bit like Kane could have been so much more than a handover for Edge? I know he held the Heavyweight title for a good run, but as soon as Undertaker was gone he reverted to a bit of a comedy figure with Paul Bearer's kidnapping. The demonic Kane that destroyed his brother, one of the all-time greats, surely would have taken Edge apart as well? And he certainly wouldn't be beaten by him in a last man standing match, particularly not because of his knee.

firstly welcome to the board.

With regards to sting - the official line is that no negotiations have taken place. However, who knows. The only reason the IWC got their collective knickers in a twist is due to the vignettes on Raw.

As for the Kane run, I agree. Should have looked stronger and lost to edge after a few ppvs.

I will check your blog out later and if i could be cheeky - tell your 'friends' to join 606v2!

I just felt it could have gone nicely to the Rumble, which is a major PPV to change the gold at, and then Kane's rematch is in the chamber and he drops out there. Bit more neat and tidy, and would have been a lot better than the way he was used in the rumble itself. Last in, first out as far as the final battle was concerned! Bit of a disappointment if it turns out to be his last rumble as he's a specialist in the match.

The blog is in verrrry early stages but if you read what's there I'm sure you'll get a feel for whether or not it's something that you'd like. I'm adding more to it later so keep an open mind! Friends have been officially invited to the site. We need to plan for the future after all...

With regards to Sting, yeh rumour mill was in full effect straight after the first 21/02/2011 vid.
As far as I know, Sting has not been contacted by anyone at WWE yet, but it certainly gave us alot to talk about with the possibilities arrising therefrom.

Since Taker was burried, Kane has been a shadow of his former self. His promos with Edge was a joke.
Its a shame really, given his past and all.
