League Structure
The league is made up of 10 teams, split into a Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere pool. Each side plays the other four sides in their group once. Every manager needs to predict on ALL matches apart from your own.

Matches
League prediction days will last for 3 days. You do not need to post teamsheets - I will take them from your team pages. The predictions should include the score, scorers and a brief description of how the match went. This is there so managers can see their strengths and weaknesses of their team.

-You get £4 mil for every week you predict. Please show this seperately on your team page.

Matches will take place on Friday, therefore managers MUST post their line ups and subs on the prediction page by Thursday 11pm.

Scores are calculated by averaging all of the predictions, and adding a point for every two clear winning predictions. For example if you receive four win predictions and two loss predictions 2 points will be added to your score.

To qualify for a bonus point you must have at least 30 points or lose within 7 points.

Your Squad Page
You will need the following:

1. A list of your full squad is needed. This must be EXACTLY the same squad as the official RWC 2011 squad, with the exception of Scotaly and the Pacific Islands. If you Sign someone then Add them to your list - If you Sell someone make sure you Remove them.
2. Transfers In and Out section.
3. Your budget, please make sure this is updated and please do not cheat.
4. Your starting line up if you wish
5. Please keep your squad page tidy.

You will initially have to pick 25 players from the named 30 man squad of your country (60 or 90 man in the case of Scotlay and Pacific Islands.) There is a max squad size of 30 players at any one time. If your squad exceeds this a player will randomly be selected to be auctioned off.

Foreign Transfers
To make foreign transfers, place a price on the foreign bidding page which you think is reasonable. You must have the cash in your budget to bid. Pooly will then let you know if your bid has been accepted or rejected.

You can bid for a maximum of ONE player per post, and you cannot bid for another player until you have signed or withdrawn your bid for that player.

Bids made before 16.00, can be accepted/rejected at 20.00. Bids after 16.00 will be replied to the next day.

Once your bid has been accepted, this must be then recorded and updated on the transfer centre and your team page.

Transfers must be confirmed before Tuesday 11pm for the player to be illegable to play that gameweek.

After the pool games, the players from the two losing sides will be put back into foreigns and will be available to purchase.

Every now and again bids will come in from outside clubs for one of your players. Any bid will be put on the foreign transfer page and will be on there for a limited time only.

It is up to you check the page and decide if the bid is acceptable or not. If you wish to accept the bid, put a comment on the transfer page and a confirmation in.

Domestic Transfers
Domestic transfers must be confirmed by both managers on each others team page. One must then confirm the transfer on the confirmation page. This saves confusion between managers.

Loans are not permitted.

If any deals are grossly biased to one side I reserve the right to cancel them.

Releasing players
If you want to release players that you are struggling to sell to other teams, you can release them for half their current value on the released players page.

Simply list the players you wish to release, and I will get back to you with prices. Please then let me know if you accept or reject the prices, and confirm the accepted releases on the confirmation page.

ALL recalls will be at double the release price, and this can also be done on the releases page. Even if you have just released a player and wish to recall him you have to pay double. Recalling releases DOES NOT count towards your foreign transfer limit.

Bids before 4pm will be responded to at 8pm, bids after 4pm will be responded to the next day at lunch

Injuries and suspensions
For the pool games you will be given four injuries;

4 injuries for round 1
3 injuries for round 2
2 injuries for round 3
1 injury for round 4

There will be a second round of injuries after the pool games, as follows:

3 injuries for QF's
2 injuries for SF's
1 injury for Final
