Oh I remember those days.

Come to work in your scrubby clothes, spend all day in a cloud of dust and a pile of shredding, go home looking like Pineapple (without the cream jumper and cranberry stain)

Arsenal get Udinese.

Possibly the hardest draw they could have got?

I guess without Inler, Sanchez and Zapata, they may not be as strong as last year.

I would give a little more to the winner to reward them for winning

Perhaps 1st £5m, 2nd £2.5m, 3rd 2m?

Just a suggestion however and I am happy with whatever you want to do.

1st place = Smartest add £3m
2nd place = Pineapple add £2.75m
3rd place = Viva add £2.5m

Thinking about your European matches idea Viva and I still think it is a good idea, providing we can keep it simple.

How about the teams get prize money based on winning their match. Would need to be fairly substantial to tempt managers into playing their strongest team, say £4m or £5m for each round they win.

I would also give those teams 3 injuries the week after each European match to reflect the pressures of playing additional fixtures.

It's fine by me. It's your game to run how you think best.

Why reset the scores this week and then play a one-off week? Do one more week and then reset the scores to start afresh next week.

When doing the injuries can NONE be added so if the random selector pick NONE then you dont get one??
Just seems unrealistic every match player we have 2/3 injuries.

Not a bad idea Nick, as long as everyone is happy with it.

For the record, I do the injuries using Excel. Each teams squad is list and a random number generated against each player. The injuries are highlighted as the players with the highest and lowest number against them. Would be simple to add 1 or 2 "No injuries" to each teamlist. This would mean that you could get 2, 1 or no injuries.

Ask around and see what people's feelings are.

Afro yeah I was thinking as I won't be doing nothing on the weekends for a while, I can get this European Cup going if the European managers are up for it.

16 teams in each competition, knockout straight away, for this season just one game is played so thats a total of 4 games because we won't get 7 games done. Agree?

I would say £3m for EUROPA teams every round they get through and £4m for Champions league. An in the final win or lose they will get money.

But the problem is I went on 606 and all the articles are gone, the only way I may be able to find them is click on recent articles and find one of names and go through it that way but I can't find any of us guys. I'll try and google my 606 username and if I can find it that way.

Nick I think you still should have injuries. It's a risk.

Agree with all of that Viva, just need to make sure it's not the same weeks as cup matches. Also what page you looking for on 606?

Personally, I would add 1 "no injury" to the bottom of each team sheet.

Teams playing in Europe get 3 injuries (in European weeks), those not in Europe get 2. However, in both cases one of the injuries could be no injury.

Afro tomorrow I'll get it all ready rules and everything.

I just have to make sure it don't clash with league and cup games. What day do you we should do it? Tuesday or Thursday?

Like the cup I just really want a starting 11 subs and basic tactics up to 10 lines, the only probelm I have is how are we going to decide a winner? voting? i do it? Not sure.

Afro I'm looking for my lawyers page I used to do on the old 606.

Guys ignore your old predos they wont count we got new ones in OK
