MegaGimp is trying to swindle me now.

10M OFFER FROM WHO
I ONLY HAVE 10M SO I WILL DO EITHER 7M 4 SHAWCROSS OR I WILL PURSUE REUS I ONLY HAVE THE CASH TO SIGN ONE OR THE OTHER

So I sell Shawcross to him for £3m less then another offer I have or he will persure Reus.

Thats a big phat steamy cowpat. TBF it make no difference as he cant outbid me. But its the principal.

Smarts, Afro sort this out of I will start looting players and rioting.

Funniest thing is Pineapple's post doesn't make sense if he was trying to get Nick to accept a lower offer.

I don't think he has put it very well, but I don't have a problem with clubs stating that they will drop interest in a player as part of negotiation for another. Happens all the time IRL.

Personally, I would let him buy Reus for £10m. There are much better young players out there, who will cost less.

An Afro please let me know what other players there are? I had my eye on Reus to but didn't want a bidding war but I want some new young talent.

Also do you think there should be some squad limits introduced? Some of the squads are getting rather large now.

Tottenham have 31 players I only have 25. More likely one of my key players will get injured. Or alternatively I'm going to fill my team up with a bunch of cheap poopie players to lower the chance of key players getting injured.

if you introduce squad limits, then i think you have to let managers 'release' players who are over at regular price.

Not sure Smarts because with the cup and also possible European games the squad will be needed.

Also any particular positions for the young players?

Well if there is no squad limits I have a load of cash so might as well blow it on the best young talent in the hope they turn out to be superstars lol wish I bought Oxlaide when I had the chance.

Think Lukaku will do well for Chelsea this season?

I have never seen Reus play in my life. Don't know what position he plays or where he plays but it's a risk for a player who might be playing in the Bundesliga 2 next season. I bidded for him twice before but would never agree to meet the £6M fee quoted.

He has been linked with big clubs for a while, but nothing has materialised yet.

Decent enough, plays on the right, but can also play central and left to a lesser effect.

He's too old to qualify as U21 in the cup, so £9m seems a bit steep to me.

As I said before, there are other young players, who do qualify as U21, and woudl be cheaper.

Laugh He played the last match Viva. Gotze is breaking through. just needed managers in this league to Recognize!!! his talent and quality before playing him. If no manager rates the player then you wont get anything for playing him.

Even Bebe got a match for Man Utd but we wouldn't class him as first team, I think you need to give him to me on loan, will start games and you get an indication of his ratings. What do you say? You benefit, I benefit your mum benefits.

I think i may struggle this week. I dont think many of you rate Carlton Cole and despite having a good pre-season none of you will rate Ji Dong-Won.

Got to make the decision of who to go with as it'll make no difference who goes up front. Time for me to try and become a genius at tactics as ill need to be laughing Good luck this week smarts Ok!

My Everton team go into every game like it's a cup final Andy. We dont underestimate any team as we have seen how tough the league is just scraping a win over Stoke last week and being held for a draw by Aston Villa recently.

Wolves was quiet yday.

Id expect the london games will be called off.

Anybody agree with bernie ecclestone saying calling matches off send the wrong signal out.

Do any other league have "beef" like we do? lol. Think its because we have so many good managers with characters.

I got a quality idea for a league but it just a bit to complex to put together. Wanna hear it???

On the BBC Wales website it mentioned the smasked window and that there were a couple of fires started in disused buildings in Butetown and Canton. Do they not realise that fires start in these places on an almost weekly basis without needing to blame the riots

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No, we are truely a unique league. I have never seen a league like ours, we swear and fight with each other but the next day we're all friends. Other leagues would finish and can't last like ours. I think it's the core managers who get on with each other makes it easier. Have you noticed how us lot talk about everything and anything wheras other leagues just talk about Football or thier own league.

What about the time after GAL when we just kept failing making leagues it was our chrachter that kept us going. An the managers on here are great guys. WE GOT THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD!!!!!

Saying that I still wanna blast your sister Nick

Whats the plan you have for a new league?

Going purely on his wikipedia page

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ded%C3%A9

In October 2010, the buy-out clause was exercised, and subsequently Dedé and Vasco da Gama signed an agreement until the end of 2014. In the same year, Dedé won the award of best right centre back in Brasileirão. In 2011, formed a rock solid duo with Anderson Martins that won the 2011 Copa do Brasil, with both players being elected the best central defenders of the 2011 Campeonato Carioca

Currently, Dedé is considered one of the best centre backs in activity in Brazil and one of the greats revelations in Brazilian football, with great acclaim from critics and fans. With great performances and the big identification with the Vasco da Gama's fans, Dedé won the fans the nickname "O Mito" ("The Myth") and "Dedéckenbauer". Dedé has become one of the great idols of the Vasco da Gama in the 21st Century, turning up the campaign poster boy "Marco1924" (promotional clock that celebrates the victory of Vasco da Gama against racism in football), along with Fernando Prass.[1][2][3][4]

That is clearly written by a Vasco fan! lol

Nick you need to find the funds to complete the Reus deal by the close of play today. Otherwise one of your players of Afros choice will be auctioned to fund the deal. I don't mean to worry you but I heard rumours the player in question would be Rafael Van Der Faart!
