I'm guessing we won't be voting on our own games so what happens if it is a draw in the voting? don't see how a super over could work. toss a coin or something ?

1 point each i'm guessing if it's a draw.

but the proper ipl doesn't have draws.

How would we sort it out though? Seems the easiest way, 1 point each.

Also the IPL teams don't have to change there line-up every week but we do :P

As Liam said if it is 4 each then it will be a draw, its the only way we can get round that. And yeah no voting on your own game, haha.

Yeah you could alternate your teams if you want. However pitch conditions will come into effect obviously

I think I'm going to have a topic for each of the matches.

I.e. Match 1, Match 2, Match 3, Match 4, Match 5

These will then change per week:

For Week 1: -

Match 1 = Indians vs Chargers

And so on

Tough start for the Warriors first up! How often are we doing matches now then?

I still think one a week is best. Unless people think otherwise?

2 would be good especially after we got through one in a day. As theres not loads of us it takes less time.

I'm just dossing around at home for a month until I start Uni, so I can do whatever amount a week. It is the people with jobs etc. who can decide!

Well I'll see what other people say. Only thing is I might not be on very much early next week (Monday-Wednesday) But I could easily put match weeks 3+4 up on Sunday morning. Voting page up Wednesday morning (but with votes not counted until thursday) then the second match on friday with the voting counted on Sat/Sun?

Personally I'd say one per week.

Let's not rush it, as it's taken time to get to this point, and we don't want the novelty to wear off too quickly.

Also, I can't keep taking time out at work to check teams, tactics etc haha. It's difficult.

I'm pretty busy in general mate. I get home from work between 6 and 6.30 most nights, but with football, the missus, squash and the gym I don't get much computer time of an evening.

Oh your not a saddo like me and spend 12 hours a day on a laptop :P

1 a weeks fine though there's no rush.

Haha, you're just a youngster at the moment though buddy! At your age I was also spending shedloads of time on the computer, and believe me, you'll miss it once all that starts to change!! Can't beat hours of gaming and internet browsing haha.

Cheers, would appreciate it if it was kept at one a week. A) so that we didn't rush the season and B) so that it isn't too high maintenance.

bit disappointed with my opening game tie, I think had I won the toss I may just have had enough to win, but hey, good to see a few tight games in the opening round, this competition is great!
