606 Winter Eclectic Competition 2010/2011

LJ - it will not be easy, but you are halfway through, so if you send me through a card and then maybe I will be able to do a bit of 'jiggerypokery' with the SI and match them up to your old course.

OK LJ got that - can you now post a card from your old course. I did not have a full list of SI's from there.

err... Can't find an up to date one online.

I'll look and see if I can find one... otherwise all I can show you is the indexes that are relevant to me.

Right LJ, I've just changed the layout of North Weald.

You now will be playing the course like this:-

1,10,11,15,18,9,8,3,5,6,2,4,7,13,14,17,12,16.

Of course send your card in as normal and I will move around to suit the SI.

Who knows, this may work.

yeah I found that. It's not accurate. It's at least 5 years out of date if not a lot more

Ah - I assumed because the par numbers matched and the SI numbers that I had also matched, that it would be up to date.

Just goes to show, don't assume, because it makes an ass of u and me.

I'll have to leave it up to you in that case.

I know that all the numbers aren't in there... but it's right up to around SI 6 or 7. SI 12 is accurate as well.

I'll send it through normally and let you do your rearrangement of the holes. Otherwise it's a bloody long walk around the place.

Full round played today and only 1 twitch worth a mention. I was very proud of myself!

Played to my handicap on a strange course that was playing quite long 'cos it was very damp and soft underfoot, and it was great to get back out again.

Shanker or Miss Ford to use the venacular 'can we have the scores on the doors' please pretty pretty please

NST - yep. Will be putting up the scores from how many rounds weekly now until the end. Will not be finishing off totally until after last round is in.

Some have already finished, some half way through and others need to get a bl00dy move on. :run2:

It doesn't look like I'll be able to get the full 8 rounds in, I'm afraid. Match next weekend, away this, so probably only one or two more strokeplay rounds possible before the end of the month.
