Who is Britains best MMA star?

I was watching a repeat of UFC 105 last night wheich featured both Bisping and Dan Hardy.

Obviously, both have gone on to defeats since, as has Paul Daley.

But who do you think will be the next to challenge for a belt and have a chance?

Ross Pearson?
Daley?
Bisping?
Hardy?

Well Paul Daley is facing Nick Diaz in April for the Strikeforce WW title - the fight can go only to ways - if Diaz can take him down then i see a sub win for him - but if it stays standing Daley all the way.

I think in the UFC Bisping is the closest to a title shot - Pearson was on a roll until Cole Miller beat him - but i can see Bisping getting 1 more fight before a title shot - and if it is top notch opposition i cant see him winning - anytime he steps up in competition he gets beaten - Silva,Henderson, Rashad

I reckon Diaz will stand and trade - he always seems to try and do things the hard way!

If he does that he is getting knocked out - Paul Daley is on another level in the striking department - should be a great fight though!

Can't see Bisping ever benig more than a gatekeeper stuck keeping the less skilled fighters down but never really progressing.

I've never warmed to Hardy although I reckon he's got some serious skills, far too cocky and it will/has cost him.

So I'm gonna put my vote in for Daley

Well Britains MMA star is Bisping. As he is the most recoginised name of the bunch.

I rate Pearson highly though. Although he was beaten by Cole Miller, he dealt with Denis Siver with relative ease and Siver is now on the verge of a title shot.

I'll go with Bisping out of that bunch, in terms of quality they are all pretty close, Bisping certainly isn't the most exciting, but for me he's the most well rounded and the most experienced, he has fought at a higher level than the others for a greater period. Good strong bunch though to represent the UK.

I dont know who is the best, but in my opinion Daley is by far the most exciting.
If Hardy fails to win his next fight then the pressure is on the one after, as that could be 4 defeats in a row.
