Anyone know how to get rid of the "English Commentary Back Up to exit" sign from the bottom of the screen when using the English commentary option on S4C?

Were you using Sky or Freeview? On my Freeview, you press the green button to change options and then it disappears by itself. Not sure about Sky sorry.
