I know im a bit late to party on this one, but i bought Mario Kart for my 4 year old last night....How awesome is it!

Scott it is awesome. I play my nephews and my brother online and it is just hilarious fun. Online play with this is just the best.

Absolutely superb game. And like every Mario Kart before it, it never seems to tire. Always fun.

And the online mode really is good. And I'm not that keen on online games usually.

On off the best console mario karts imo, although the online is broken by snaking!

Having said that it is still great fun and being the the second best mario kart is not a bad thing. Its still a 9/10 game whereas the double dash was 10/10 IMO.

Modnation Racers beats it this generation however

Snaking is an online Mario kart technique where you drift one way and then the other linking together boosts. It has been banned from all Mario kart tournaments as a player who does it cannot be beaten by someone who races properly

Superb game, It's a shame that nintendo don't make more Mario Kart home console games because they would make a fortune. I bought it back about 3 or 4 years ago and it still is the multiplayer king.

Super game. Always has been, dating back to it's Super Nintendo incarnation. My 4 year old is completely obssessed with Mario since this game entered our house last xmas.

Mario Kart Wii is brilliant online, except when everyone in the room picks Funky Kong, Mach Bike and picks that annoying DK Snow level non-stop.
