Not sure if anyone has seen this...

Ex prizefighter finalist against Prince Aaron. Was actually doing ok until he got a little flustered and lost his way. Looked reasonably talented and could probably mix it around English Title level.

Obviously got mixed up in the wrong crowds and paid the ultimate price.

Anyone other boxers met a similar demise?

Don't know but definitely slowing down. Looked stuck in the mud at times.

Certainly dug himself into a hole.

Brett owned a pub on Merseyside that a few mates of mine went to often, went myself a few times and the guy seemed a decent lad. Looked good in prizefighter and I think the pushdown that was given as a knockdown really crushed his belief.

Very sad.
