Kenny Dykstra

Anybody know what happened to this guy?
Thought he was really talented, definitely thought out of the Spirit Squad he would be the one to make it (dolph proved that wrong). I remember he had a push when he went single, had even heard rumours he would break Randy Orton's record as youngest world champion. Is he wrestling indies now? Do you think he will be back in the big time in the future?

I'm sure he was engaged to Micky James....if not he was deffinitely boinking her so he probably left due to crabs.

If I can be serious for a moment......I liked his top rope leg drop finisher - looked the part.

In June 2007, he was drafted to the SmackDown! brand, but was released from his WWE contract in November 2008. He later began working on the independent circuit, wrestling for promotions including Dragon Gate USA and Evolve.

Cheers Miky just read the Wiki article on him, he is only 24. I am sure he will be back in the big time soon. Glad he turned down a second tryout match with TNA, young talent is often wasted there.

And Milky that's not 100% true as they also signed up Johnny (Johnny Jeter) but he wasn't there long. I remember him being in a battle royale on Raw wearing funky trousers

He had a bit of an attitude problem by all accounts. Randy Orton gave him a slapping one night in a bar because he was running his mouth.

I recall an interview with Bret Hart about three years ago in which he said Dykstra really stood out to him as a potential star down the line.

He looks like a classic babyface (although I always thought there was something a bit wimpy about his expressions) so if he can hone his act in the next few years in ROH and EVOLVE he could turn out to be a future WWE main eventer. Hopefully they'd give him a new name and never mention Spirit Squad though!

He always reminded me of Owen Hart, think they have the same nose. They sound similar too, got a kind of nasal whine.
