I'm still not convinced how good Kris Welham is. His defence to me at times looks poor. A fine player going forward though.

He has to tighten up his defence and also learn that he doesn't have to score the try that there is a winger outside who he can pass to . That said hes 24 years old with his best years ahead of him .
